My name is Alexander Hickox, and I'm the founder of HickoxPackages.

For the past two years, I've worked in the on-demand delivery industry as both an Amazon Flex delivery partner and a Walmart Spark driver, completing deliveries across Delaware, Maryland, and the surrounding region. During that time, I've learned that successful delivery is about much more than simply transporting a package. It requires consistency, attention to detail, problem solving, and a commitment to customer service every step of the way.

Thousands of miles on the road have given me firsthand experience navigating tight schedules, changing conditions, and time-sensitive deliveries. Whether delivering household essentials, retail purchases, personal items, or important packages, I understand the responsibility that comes with being entrusted to transport something that matters to someone else.
